Jesus often revealed Himself in unexpected ways. He wasn’t concerned about people’s expectations, but His primary concern was doing the will of God the Father.

John 17:25-26
“O righteous Father, the world doesn’t know you, but I do; and these disciples know you sent me. I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them.”

All throughout his ministry here on earth, Jesus always looked for ways to show the heart of the Father in every situation…

• Jesus is the one who reveals God to us. If we want to know what God is like, all we have to do is look at Jesus.
• If we want to know how God cares for people, we can look at how Jesus ministered to them.
• If we want to know God’s will for a situation, we can listen to Jesus’ words and know they reveal God’s truth. Jesus reveals the heart of God in his actions and his words.
