Romans 5:17 (NKJV)
For if by the one man’s offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

Most people believe that one needs to work hard to achieve success in life. The world’s system of success is built on the twin pillars of self-effort and diligence.

However, God’s way is not for us to be blessed by our own efforts. You cannot earn God’s blessings by your performance. His blessings are based entirely on His grace.

Self-effort will rob you of reigning in life by God’s grace. You cannot earn your salvation, your healing, or your financial breakthrough by your own efforts.

The good news is that everything we need to reign in life, Jesus accomplished on the cross.

Our part is to trust His perfect work, receive with open arms the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness, and begin to reign in life through Jesus Christ.
