The New Covenant removes the ability for man’s sin to prevent God’s generosity! There are no “if” clauses that cause the New Covenant to depend on our faithfulness.

The New Covenant is not based on our faithfulness – it’s based on God’s faithfulness. And God is faithful to those who are righteous – and our righteous is based on the righteousness of Jesus!

ROMANS 4:16 (NLT)
So the promise is received by faith… and we are all certain to receive it, whether or not we live according to the law of Moses, if we have faith like Abraham’s.
